A deposit of 50% of the total holiday price is required upon booking. Full balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival day. If you book within a 60 day period, full payment is required
Security deposit paid 7 days prior by bank transfer or French Cheque/Euros on arrival, £150.00 or 175 Euros, and reimbursed following the inventory before or within 7 days of your departure.
If cancellations are received by us more than 60 days prior to the holiday, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is received after 60 days prior to the holiday no refund can be given. If La Pitardiere should cancel your holiday booking we will refund you in full.
