Although our Gite sleeps 4 we can supply a sofa bed for extra guests at a supplementary cost of 25 Euros per person, per night
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Upon booking, a deposit of 50% of the total holiday price is required. The full balance is due no later than 60 days before arrival day. If you book within 60 days, full payment is required
Special deals can be arranged with the owner for longer stays.
Security deposit paid 7 days prior by bank transfer or French Cheque/Euros on arrival, £150.00 or 175 Euros, and reimbursed following the inventory before or within 7 days of your departure.
If we receive cancellations more than 60 days before the holiday, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If cancellations are received after 60 days before the holiday, no refund can be given. If La Pitardiere should cancel your holiday booking, we will refund you in full.
